My journey in the corporate HR world hasn't been without its challenges. Gaining credibility among senior management proved to be an uphill battle, and navigating complex situations often left me feeling overwhelmed. Nevertheless, I remained resolute in upholding policies and fostering a supportive work environment, even when faced with tough decisions that challenged my HR morals and ethics.

Throughout my career, I was fortunate to have a mentor who taught me valuable lessons in focus and determination. Their guidance became instrumental as I took on new responsibilities and pursued my goal of becoming a CHRO. I realized that true success required the support of a cheerleader or a reliable colleague who believed in my abilities. That person was a coach.
