The HR Recharge Cohort + Coaching Program is a 12-week transformative journey designed for a small group of HR professionals eager to rediscover their “why,” reignite their purpose, and restore a foundation of humanity for themselves and their workplace.

Grounded in SHRM’s Behavioral Competency Model, this program deepens reflection, builds on practical learning, and integrates personalized coaching to help HR leaders return to the human heart of their profession.

Through a thoughtful combination of guided learning modules, one-on-one and group coaching, and reflective practice, participants explore leadership, influence, ethics, connection, and communication, translating insights into meaningful action.

Participants enhance their ability to show up with authenticity, courage, and compassion, which will bolster their resilience and knowledge to lead organizational change from a deeply human-centered place - amid the velocity and complexity of today’s work climate.

Each week alternates between interactive cohort learning and individual coaching, providing the perfect balance of personal growth and professional integration.

This is more than professional development; it’s a recalibration of the heart of HR.
This is a journey to rediscover your purpose, reclaim your presence, and truly restore the human in human resources.

Week 1 - Module 1

Finding your "why" again by exploring your HR storyline and rooting in your original purpose.

Week 3 - Module 2

Identify your sphere of influence by aligning your values with organizational values.

Week 5 - Module 3

Exploring and setting tight boundaries with yourself and your workplace through values.

Week 7 - Module 4

Restore humanity through authentic connection by exploring rooting into real connection.

Week 9 - Module 5

Apply listening and messaging practices to a real HR scenario or feedback conversation.

Week 11 - Module 6

Capsone by living your purpose as a daily practice by living your enhanced Human HR Manifesto.

Week 2 - 1:1 Coaching #1

This time is to expand upon the previous module while setting your primary goal and building action items to achieve by the end of the program.

Week 4 - 1:1 Coaching #2

Continue to build clarity around your individual goals and reflect on your takeaways from the previous module.

Week 6 - 1:1 Coaching #3

Continue to build clarity around your individual goals and reflect on your takeaways from the previous module.

Week 8 - 1:1 Coaching #4

Continue to build clarity around your individual goals and reflect on your takeaways from the previous module.

Week 10 - 1:1 Coaching #5

Continue to build clarity around your individual goals and reflect on your takeaways from the previous module.

Week 12 - 1:1 Coaching #6

Capstone the program by identifying continued practice beyond coaching. We will reflect on your initial goal and your newly crafted Human HR Manifesto and
